Little things that make your day easier

It's all in there. Switch on what you want to use.

Fitness

A training log with your own plans, exercises and food tracking.

For example: You train on Monday and Thursday. Save a leg plan and an upper-body plan, then log 3 sets of 10 at 60 kg on the leg press. Your previous entries are there when you train again. Have you logged this exercise for at least 5 sessions? Then the app challenges you with slightly more weight than last time. You decide whether you are ready for that step.

What you gain: No need to remember your plan or weights; look back at what you actually did. Food tracking, saved recipes and meal planning sit alongside your training. When you're away, Travel mode adapts your plan automatically so you can keep training.

Nutrition

A food diary per meal with calories and macros, your own dishes and a recipe page.

For example: You often have 2 eggs, milk and pepper for breakfast. Save it as a dish and pick it under Breakfast next morning in one tap.

What you gain: See today's calories, protein, carbs and fat straight away without retyping everything. Not medical nutrition advice.

Personal

A place for tasks, notes, habits, your budget and dates to look forward to.

For example: It is Sunday evening and you want a clear view of the week ahead. Add laundry and picking up a gift to your task list, note your grocery budget and check off your daily habit of going outside.

What you gain: Your everyday commitments and small expenses stay together instead of on scattered lists.

Explore module

Journal

Your personal journal for events and thoughts.

For example: After a busy workday, write down what drained you and what felt good. On Sunday, look back at your week.

What you gain: Make room in your mind and keep moments you might otherwise forget.

Explore module

Mind

A place to look after your mind: spot triggers and signals, breathe and meditate.

For example: After a meeting you notice your jaw is tense. You log the signal and do two minutes of box breathing.

What you gain: See what often causes tension and have something that helps right away.

Explore module

Travel

A trip planner for your destination, packing list and daily itinerary.

For example: Load the standard packing list and add swimwear and sunscreen for a summer holiday. For skiing, think of thermal clothing, gloves and goggles. Planned: save both lists as favourites so you can reuse your own list next time. Your companion can help with the itinerary.

What you gain: Avoid starting every holiday with an empty packing list. Keep preparation with your trip instead of searching multiple chats for the plan.

Explore module

Health

An overview of medications, symptoms, appointments, lab values and medical documents.

For example: Seeing your doctor next week? Record when you had headaches and what medication you took, then save your blood test results alongside them.

What you gain: Look up what happened during your appointment instead of relying on memory. Not a diagnosis or a replacement for medical advice.

Explore module

Wardrobe

A digital wardrobe with photos of your own clothes and saved outfits.

For example: Photograph your favourite trousers, two tops and trainers. Put together an outfit for dinner and save it.

What you gain: See what you own and reuse a good combination without searching your entire wardrobe again.

Explore module

Events & festivals

A place for concerts, festivals, tickets and memories.

For example: Going to a concert with friends? Keep your ticket with the concert and add your favourite photo afterwards.

What you gain: The ticket and memories belong to the same evening, not to a lost email or scattered photos.

Explore module

People & relationships

A personal overview of your people, birthdays and gift ideas.

For example: Your sister mentions a book she wants to read. Save the link as a gift idea under her name. Before her birthday, find it again and mark it as bought.

What you gain: Remember personal wishes and avoid buying the same gift twice.

Explore module

Pets

A shared care schedule for walks, feeding, appointments and your pet’s medication.

For example: Schedule walks at 8 am, 1 pm and 8 pm, feeding at 6 pm and prescribed medication at 7 pm. Add Friday’s vet appointment too. Your housemate checks off feeding: you can see the pet has eaten and which tasks remain.

What you gain: Fewer coordination messages and less uncertainty about feeding or walks.

Explore module

Music

Tools for your own audio: separate vocals, change pitch and tempo, and trim tracks.

For example: Practising a song for a performance? Upload a file you have permission to use, make a karaoke version and lower the pitch to suit your voice.

What you gain: Practise with a version that suits you. Vocal separation can leave audible artefacts; results vary by recording.

Explore module

Books, films & series

Your personal list of books, films and series to read or watch.

For example: A colleague recommends a series. Add it to your watchlist, then rate it when you finish so you remember whether to recommend it.

What you gain: Keep recommendations out of lost chats and remember what to watch next. Not a streaming service or e-book shop.

Explore module

Skincare & routine

An overview of your care products and morning and evening routine.

For example: You use cleanser and SPF in the morning, and cleanser and moisturiser at night. Save the order and log the routine after use.

What you gain: Keep your routine together without wondering which step comes next. Not medical skin advice.

Explore module

Finance

An overview of your money: monthly balance, subscriptions, fixed costs, budgets and savings goals.

For example: You pay for Netflix, Spotify and a gym. Add them and see they cost 45 euros a month together, and when the next charge is due.

What you gain: See at a glance where your money goes. No bank connection and no financial advice.
