Privacy policy

1. Who processes your data?
MYRO Tracker provides a platform for everyday life. Contact info@myrotracker.com for privacy questions or requests. The full legal business name and registered address still need to be added.
2. What information?
We process account details, email, profile preferences and information you add. Depending on the modules you use, this may include workouts, nutrition, steps, heart rate, sleep, health documents, journal entries, budgets, contacts, trips, pets, clothing, media, routines and uploads. Technical error and security information may be needed to operate the service.
3. Purposes and legal grounds
Account and usage data are needed to provide the service you request. Required administration is processed to meet legal obligations. Security and troubleshooting serve our legitimate interests, balanced against your privacy. Optional connections and processing of sensitive health data require your consent, which you can withdraw.
4. Health, connections and AI
Apple Health and Fitbit are used only when you authorise an available connection. Apple Health requires a supported iPhone app; the web app cannot read it directly. AI features may send relevant input to the AI service providing the answer. Do not include unnecessary information. AI advice is not a medical diagnosis. Exact providers and processing arrangements still require verification.
5. Sharing
Service providers support hosting, storage, account access, emails and enabled AI features. Only information needed for a function should be processed. Information you intentionally share with friends or household members is accessible to those participants. The complete provider list and any transfers outside the EEA, including safeguards, still need confirmation.
6. Retention and security
Information is retained as needed for your account, requested functions or legal obligations. You can delete your account in Settings. Backup deletion and legally required records may take longer. Specific retention periods still need to be set. Access restrictions and secure connections are used; no online service can guarantee absolute security.
7. Cookies and local storage
Local storage remembers your theme, language, session and basket in your browser. Non-essential tracking requires prior consent. A full inventory of any cookies and measurement services still needs confirmation.
8. Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to processing and withdraw consent. Email info@myrotracker.com. We may verify your identity and normally respond within one month. You can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
9. Changes
We update this policy when processing changes and inform you where required. This draft was prepared on 9 October 2026 and still requires review.
