1. MYRO Tracker and contact
These terms cover the MYRO Tracker website and app. Contact info@myrotracker.com. The legal business name, registered address and applicable registration details must be added before this document is final.
2. Your account
Provide accurate details and keep your login private. New accounts may await approval. Only upload or share information you have the necessary rights and permission to use. Abuse, unlawful content and attempts to bypass security are not allowed.
3. Free and paid plans
Free offers basics in every module. Pro I and Pro II each cost €4.99 monthly or €49.99 yearly. Pro III costs €8.99 monthly or €89.99 yearly. An extra module with Pro I or II costs €0.99 monthly. The pricing page describes each package; custom plans allow 1–15 modules. Payments are not active yet and a saved basket is not a purchased subscription.
4. Payment, cancellation and consumer rights
Before payments launch, billing, renewal, cancellation and refund arrangements will be displayed clearly at checkout. The total price and applicable taxes will be shown before ordering. Statutory consumer rights, including any applicable 14-day withdrawal right, remain intact. An exception for immediate digital delivery applies only when legal requirements, including express consent, are met.
5. Health and coaching
Trackers, AI answers and coaching are tools, not a substitute for a qualified healthcare professional. Seek professional advice for symptoms or medical questions. Pro III lists personalised coaching; scope, availability and arrangements will be confirmed before it starts. The separate coaching platform is still in development.
6. Your content and sharing
You retain rights to your content. You grant only the permission needed to store, process and display it for the functions you use. Check what you make accessible when sharing with others. Only use music, photos and documents you have the right to use.
7. Availability and changes
Maintenance, outages and changes to connected services may affect availability. We inform you about significant changes where required. Statutory requirements for paid digital services remain applicable.
8. Responsibility and complaints
These terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or remove mandatory consumer rights. Report errors, complaints or unlawful content to info@myrotracker.com so we can seek an appropriate solution.
